  • Intravenous anaesthesia is covered. Additional charge is required if changing to monitored anaesthesia care (MAC).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Package includes biopsy, polypectomy and histopathology fee for up to 3 polyps.
  2. Package does not include monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
  3. Service is not available for clients who have been to any overseas countries and regions in the past 14 days.
  4. Client must present a valid proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 24 hours of procedure and issued by one of the testing institutions recognized by the HKSAR Government.
  5. The one-way hotel limousine transfer is only available during hotel stay with the designated address. Reservations must be made with the hotel the day before.
  6. Client is required to submit an appointment request using Virtus’ online system. After submission, it implies that the client has read and understood and consent to the terms and conditions set out below concerning the promotion.
  7. The promotion period is from today to 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive, except the blackout dates May 19 - 23 and June 11 - 13, 2021.
  8. This promotion is not applicable for insurance claims or the use of Health Care Vouchers.
  9. This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  10. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, or for other gift vouchers, products or service.
  11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  12. Appointment is not confirmed until a confirmation email has been received.
  13. Client will receive a call from customer care team within 2 business days to confirm his/her booking.
  14. If client has not been contacted by customer care team within 2 business days of appointment request submission, client should call +852 8102 2022 to inquire about the status of his/her request.
  15. Client must present confirmation email on the day of the examination.
  16. To change/cancel an appointment: client must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged for each booking amendment or cancellation.
  17. Late cancellation: if client cancels a reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled visit, the centre will not accept rescheduling of said appointment, and fees paid by the client will not be refunded.
  18. Missed appointment: if client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without notification at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the centre will not accept rescheduling of said appointment, and fees paid by the client will not be refunded.
  19. Terms and conditions of individual service providers apply.
  20. Virtus Medical Group reserves the right to vary/amend the offers and the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Virtus Medical Group shall be final.
  21. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  22. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  23. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
